About the event
The Midwest Medical Humanities Conference at IUPUI will be a program that allows students with varied experience to explore how the health field is influenced by the humanities. Breakout and poster sessions will allow students who have done research to present it to interested audiences. A keynote speaker will outline why the humanities are important to medical practice. Breakout sessions will allow students to explore and discuss specific topics such as; bioethics, health law, and importance of literature.
